We now do not keep hard copies of your documents, file or any information that you provide.

Please make sure that you take your originals copies with you after we have sighted the original copies. Only in rare circumstances if required by law, we keep your originals. In that case, we keep that in register and please make sure that we have entered your original in our register and get a receipt that we have kept your original. It is your responsibility when you engage us that you keep hold of your originals.

As your file is stored electronically, it is backed up internally and, we also back up your data in cloud. The service we use for cloud back up to store your documents, files and any information that you provide is on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Australia.
